Returns & Exchanges

At Tennis-Point, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the court. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have not been played with or restrung.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
