Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you opt for our professional stringing service, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our experts to prepare your racket to your exact specifications.
Can I return a racket after using it?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that rackets that have been played with or custom-strung rackets are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How do I know which grip size to choose?
Most adult players use a grip size between 2 (4 1/4) and 4 (4 1/2). A quick rule of thumb: when holding the racket, there should be enough space to fit your index finger between your palm and your fingertips.
Do you offer professional stringing services?
Yes! You can choose from our wide selection of polyester, multi-filament, or natural gut strings. Simply select your preferred tension and string type on the product page before adding the racket to your cart.
